American Voices Nominations...

The American Voices Award for writing is a prestigious honor that represents the different geographic regions of the Scholastic Awards.

Jurors from each region can select five works to be American Voices Nominees. To be nominated for the American Voices award, participants must first earn a Gold Key in their region. These nominated works are then reviewed by national judges to receive American Voices Medals. 

One nominee from each region will be selected to receive a national American Voices Medal.

The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards honor works that display originality, skill, and the emergence of a personal voice or vision.
