The club consists of three board-approved committees that are convenient for the administration of the club:
International. This committee identifies opportunities to enhance international understanding among the members, Scholars Academy, and the community. They work with Kiva, a program that allows people to give loans across the the globe, as their main project.
Events. This committee plans and implements at least one major service project annually designed to directly benefit the local or school community. This usually involves all or most of the club membership.
PR. This committee devises ways to finance club activities with the cooperation with the appropriate committee. They also are in charge of any social media platforms to inform the members and community about any current news of the club.
Each school year elections for the offices of president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, sergeant of arms, and historian are held prior to June 1. The candidates receiving a majority of the votes of the members present and in good standing are elected for the following year.
The president presides at all regular and special meetings of the club and board of officers.
The president appoints all committees and fills vacancies in the board of officers.
The president maintains communication with the sponsor Rotary Club and Rotaract president.
The president is the head of the events committee with the vice president.
The vice president succeeds in the office of the president in the event of the removal of the latter.
The vice president presides over the meetings of the club and of the board in the absence of the president.
The vice president heads the events committee with the president.
The secretary maintains all club records and records minutes of all meetings of the club and board.
The secretary is responsible for tracking of all the members in good standing, recording attendance and community service sign-ups.
The secretary is the head of the PR committee with the historian.
The treasurer oversees all funds and provides annual accounting of them.
The treasurer makes all disbursements under procedures determined by the board of directors and make all records available upon request.
The treasurer will collect member dues from members and pin dues from the sergeant of arms.
The treasurer will head the international committee with the sergeant of arms.
The sergeant of arms is responsible for the keeping of pin dues.
The sergeant of arms notifies members who are in bad standing.
The sergeant of arms is the head of the international committee with the treasurer.
The historian is responsible for the public image of the club.
The historian photographs members in attendance of meetings and events, maintains social media pages, and creates the end of the year video.
The historian is the head of the PR committee with the secretary.
