Thanks for having interest in our Lab.

We are working in microwave, and antenna engineering and we would like to know your background in this field before final selection. This will help us to know if you can understand well and output the result of the project that you will work on once you are one of us.

For this, we have an assignment to give to you. The book named: “Introduction to electromagnetic compatibility” on its chapter 10 is about Shielding.

There, the equation of shielding effectiveness (Reflection, Absorption and Multiple Reflection Loss) is defined.

Your task is to understand that part, then provide the detailed exact solution of the shielding effectiveness of low frequency magnetic source. You make a PowerPoint presentation; you record your video explaining the contents in the PowerPoint. Finally, you send the PowerPoint File and the video file through the email wave@daegu.ac.kr.

The deadline to receive the above file is 2021. 4. 15.

After we receive the file, we will process data, and an interview will be held to select the final student.

The selected student will be invited to study and process research in the field cited above.

The student tuition and living expenses will be covered by the salary. Salary for master’s program 1.3Million won per month, Salary for PhD above 1.3Million won per month.
