Chief of Education (COE) - The leadership role students will assume to oversee the strategic transformation of SMS 2.0
Strategic Plan - A comprehensive document outlining goals, objectives, and action steps for organizational transformation
Mission Statement - A brief description of an organization's fundamental purpose and primary objectives
Curriculum - The subjects comprising a course of study in a school or college
Transformation - A thorough or dramatic change in form or appearance; complete renovation
Stakeholder - A person with an interest or concern in something, especially a business or educational institution
Implementation - The process of putting a decision or plan into effect; execution
Brand Kit - A collection of visual elements (colors, logo, fonts) that represent an organization's identity
Innovation - The introduction of new ideas, methods, or products to improve something
Proposal - A formal plan or suggestion presented for consideration or approval
Blueprint - A detailed plan or outline for how something will be built or designed
Collaboration - Working together with others to achieve a shared goal
Infrastructure - The basic systems and structures an organization needs to operate effectively
Pitch Deck - A presentation used to persuade an audience to support or approve a plan or idea
Budget - A financial plan that estimates income and expenses for a specific period or project
Weekly tasks and challenges will be assigned with specific deadlines
All deadlines must be met to progress to the next phase
Work will be completed both during class time and independently
