The final phase of this complete house reform in La Marina has now been successfully completed.

In 2026, Aurea Luxe finished the installation and commissioning of the smart home system, transforming this 30-year-old property into a modern, comfortable and energy-efficient home.

Tracy's House Renovation – First Phase Completed in 2024

Tracy's Second Home Renovation – House Extension Project Begins

Following the successful completion of the first renovation phase, we are now starting the second major improvement project at Tracy's house in La Marina.

This phase focuses on enlarging the existing living room and creating a larger bedroom to provide more space, comfort and functionality for everyday living. The project involves structural modifications and a house extension designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing property.

Roof Reinforcement and Home Extension in La Marina – 2020

These photographs show one of our renovation and structural improvement projects in La Marina, completed in 2020.

The homeowner wanted to install a rooftop Jacuzzi and create additional living space through a new extension. Before the Jacuzzi could be installed, the existing roof structure had to be professionally reinforced to safely support the additional weight and ensure long-term structural stability.

The project included the delivery of construction materials by crane, concrete works, roof reinforcement and the construction of a new extension adjacent to the main property. The photographs show various stages of the project, including the concrete mixer operation, crane lifting works and our construction team carrying out the structural modifications on the roof.

Careful planning and professional execution were essential to ensure that both the roof reinforcement and the extension met the required construction standards and provided a safe foundation for the new Jacuzzi installation.
