Sharing information reduces our leverage and bargaining power to get you what you need. Information shared outside of the bargaining unit can constitute an "unfair labor practice." This is illegal. This will gridlock bargaining and will not help either side.
HELP US HELP YOU! Don't ask on the side what is being bargained. We will share out the information as soon as we are able.
