I am thrilled to be back as your league president and look forward to a year of making memories and building relationships in this amazing activity that is speech and debate. Please use this website as a one-stop shop for all of your SCDL needs. In addition to our rules and regulations, you can also find the tournament schedule, tournament results, as well as league and state forms, and so much more.
