Question: Any specific Rule for Registration of any previous Course?
Answer:
1-The registration form is to be filled by the concerned student himself/herself who intends to register for the course(s).
2-The student has to submit the form to the relevant department's office (Campus Management System Officer) before the deadline for registration. Late submissions of registration forms will not be entertained.
3-Registration for improvement can be done for courses with F, W, D, D+, C, and C- grades. It also depends on the intake of the Batch.
4-The student concerned will be responsible for any misinformation provided in the form.
5-During a regular semester (Fall/Spring), a student may re-register for a maximum of 4 credit hours (in addition to the prescribed courses). The student has to attach his/her latest transcript and original Department copy of the fee payment receipt. However, it may be noted that the total number of credit hours registered should not exceed 21 credit hours.
6-The separate registration form shall be used for registering courses at departments other than the parent department. Still, the form has to be submitted to the semester coordinator/CMS operator of the parent department for onward processing.
7-Registration fee, once deposited, is not refundable, unadjustable and untransferable.

Answer: Multiple scholarships are offered, and the department shares them in the batch groups time by time.

Answer: The Department has nominated four batch advisors for each batch.

Answer: Visit the Administrative Office (AO) on the ground floor of the CMS building beside the entry gate of UET Peshawar. Please submit your picture and a slip signed by the chairman and Rs.100/- in AO's office.

Answer: The criteria according to the particular batch intake are:
Year 2024 batch intake: Improvement in a course(s) is allowed if the grade is C or below.
Year 2023 batch intake: Improvement in a course(s) is allowed if the grade is C or below.
Year 2022 batch intake: Improvement in a course(s) is allowed if the grade is C or below.
Year 2021 batch intake: Improvement in a course(s) is allowed if the grade is C or below.
Year 2020 batch intake: Improvement in a course(s) is allowed if the grade is C or below.
Year 2019 batch intake: Improvement in a course(s) is allowed if the grade is C+ or below.
Question: What is the procedure for cancellation of the admission?
Answer: A bonafide student of this University may apply in-person or through parents/guardian for cancellation of admission on a non-judicial stamp paper of minimum available price (not less than Rs. 100/-) duly attested by an Oath Commissioner along with submitting Clearance Certificate. The chairman of the department shall cancel the student's admission.
Question: What is the procedure for freezing the semester?
Answer: The student must apply within 15 days of the start of the classes and pay the freezing fees (PKR 5000/-). For further rules and regulations, please read the prospectus.
Question: What is the procedure for unfreezing the semester?
Answer: The student submits the written application at the Chairman's office. Later, the Chairman will notify it.
Question: What is the duration of the Undergraduate (Bachelor's) studies?
Answer: Bachelor's degree eight semesters (4 years) :: Maximum period (7 years).
