Circulation Service

1.       Working hours:

a)       2 p.m to 9:00 p.m        Monday to Friday

b)      5 p.m to 9:00 p.m        Saturday

2.   Membership:

The following persons are eligible to become the member of the library:

a)       All teaching and non teaching staff

b)      Bonafide students

c)       Speial user may use the library without loan facilities with permission of the Principal

3.   Membership cards:

The library cards are not transferable. If the cards are lost duplicate cards may be issued on a charge Rs 50 /-

4.       Loan facilities:

a)       General students may avail one volume at a time and Honours student may avail two volumes at a time for 14 days

b)      Teaching staff: 15 volumes at a time for 3 months

c)       Non teaching staff: 5 volumes at a time for 1 months
