Information We Collect
We collect anonymous gameplay analytics data through Firebase Analytics to help us understand how the app is used and improve the experience. This data does not identify you personally. See the Firebase Analytics section below for full details.

We do not collect, store, or have access to any of the following:
Your name, email address, or contact information
Login credentials or account information
Location data or GPS coordinates
Payment information (handled securely by Apple)
Photos, camera, or microphone access

Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores the following information locally on your device only:
Game Profile: Your chosen username and avatar
Game Stats: Games played, games won, win rate, and best streak
Settings: Three of a Kind, First Turn Knock, Starting Chips, Sound Effects, Vibration (Haptics), Fast Gameplay
In-App Purchases: Whether you have purchased premium features
Important: This data is stored only on your device using iOS's local storage. We do not have access to this information, and it is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.
Information Collected by Third-Party Services
Our App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous gameplay data to understand how users interact with the app. This helps us make informed decisions about game design, difficulty tuning, and feature development.
What Firebase Analytics Collects:
Anonymous gameplay events: game started, game completed, player eliminated, ad interactions
Session information: session duration, session frequency
Device information: device type, operating system version, app version
General location: country/region level only, derived from IP address
App engagement: screens viewed, time spent in app
What Firebase Analytics Does NOT Collect:
Your name, email, or any personally identifiable information

Google AdMob (Advertising)
For users who have not purchased premium features to remove advertisements, we display advertisements through Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and use the following information:
What Google AdMob Collects:
Device information (model, operating system, device identifiers including Advertising ID)
IP address (used to estimate general location for regional ad targeting)
Diagnostic information (crash logs, performance data to improve the SDK)
Ad interaction data (ad views, clicks, impressions)
App usage data (for ad targeting, analytics, and fraud prevention)
Location data (only if you grant location permissions to the app)

Security:
All data collected by Google AdMob is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.
Your Control:
You can limit ad tracking through your iOS Privacy Settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). You can also reset your Advertising Identifier or purchase our premium subscription to remove all advertisements.

Locally Stored Data
Data stored locally on your device is used for:
Providing game functionality and personalizing your experience - Preserving your chosen username, avatar, and statistics
Maintaining game settings - Preserving your desired settings
Managing subscription status - Determining whether to display advertisements
All of this data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us.
Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. We do not collect personally identifiable user data and therefore have no such information to disclose to third parties or public authorities.
Anonymous analytics data may be processed by Firebase Analytics (Google) as described above. Information may also be collected by Google AdMob for the purpose of displaying advertisements to free users.
Data Security
We value your trust in providing us your information (stored locally on your device), thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
Your Device Security:
All game data is stored on your device and protected by iOS security features, including iOS encryption and your device's passcode or Face ID/Touch ID (if enabled). Our Security Measures:
We do not store personally identifiable user data on external servers
We do not transmit personal information over the internet
Anonymous analytics data is transmitted securely to Firebase using TLS encryption
However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children.
Age Restriction: Our App is rated 18+ due to simulated gambling content (card game with chips). If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App and make in-app purchases.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary action.
COPPA Compliance: We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our App:

Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, most CCPA requests can be answered immediately: we have no personal information about you to access, modify, or delete. Anonymous analytics data collected by Firebase is not linked to your identity.
In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Our App offers optional premium subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system:

Your device stores your subscription status locally
We check your subscription status through Apple's servers
We never have access to your payment details

You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your iOS Settings.
Data Retention
Local Data:
Data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or restore your device to factory settings.
Analytics Data:
Firebase Analytics retains anonymous event data for up to 14 months by default. This data is aggregated and cannot be linked back to individual users. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for their full data retention practices.
Third-Party Advertising Data:
Google AdMob retains data according to their privacy policy and applicable laws. Please refer to Google AdMob's privacy policy for their data retention practices.
International Data Transfers
Our App does not transfer personally identifiable data internationally since all such data is stored locally on your device.
Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob may transfer anonymous data internationally for their services. Please review their privacy policies for details on international transfers.
Do Not Track Signals
Our App does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals because we do not track users across different websites or apps.
Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob may track for analytics and advertising purposes respectively. Please review their privacy policies for details on tracking.
