Dr. Pham opened Scarsdale Eye Care in 2001. His first practice, Scarsdale Vision Center, was located on Scarsdale Blvd. After more than 10 years of serving the community, Dr. Pham's practice grew due to the increasing number of patients. To accommodate this growth, he moved to a larger and improved location at 12507 Scarsdale Blvd, Houston, TX 77089. The new facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, and a wide selection of frames is available for purchase.
