Destination Weddings

Need help planning the perfect destination wedding? Want to ensure that your big day goes well by having your own destination wedding coordinator there? Then this is the package for you!

Planning that fabulous destination wedding requires some time spent working out all of the details. We offer packages that will allocate a set amount of hours to help you complete the tasks needed to plan that wedding getaway!

Package Option 1 (10 Consultation Hours) - $800.00

Package Option 2 (15 Consultation Hours) - $1200.00

Package Option 3 (20 Consultation Hours) - $1600.00

When you book, we will discuss how the hours will be allocated to best assist you with your planning! Here are some ideas of how we can help:

• Create a wedding website for their guests to get all the pertinent wedding information like hotel booking, country and travel regulations, wedding day details, etc.
• Handle the shipping and transportation of wedding items to and from the wedding location.
• Work directly with your destination venue contact and ensure clear communication and execution.
• DIY projects to add a little personalization to the wedding. We can give ideas to add some flair to your big day without breaking the bank!
• Help with Save the Dates: order, assemble and mail.
• Help with Invitations and email communications for local and international guests.
• Create a detailed wedding timeline for both the bridal party and vendors for day of ~ we keep everyone in check!
• Help produce an overall logistics game plan for having a wedding on a large property resort.
• Help set up travel arrangements to get you and your guests to the resort.

Want or need your Destination Wedding Planner/Coordinator to be on site for your big day? e can provide that as well!

• All travel, accommodations and food must be paid for by the client.
• The Day of the Wedding Coordination Price – $750.00 per coordinator for up to 12 hours of on-site service.
• Any additional days needed on site before or after the actual wedding day price is $250 per coordinator, per day — up to 8 hours of on-site service.
• We can help with the coordination of the rehearsal dinner and any other activities during your wedding weekend.
• It’s important to have these elements running seamlessly so you and your guests are enjoying themselves and not working out all the details on site.

* All final payments are required to be paid 30 days prior to wedding date.

*Package price may vary depending on items booked or customization.

* For liability reasons, our Coordinators cannot serve food or drinks to guests, bus tables, hang any decorations that require a ladder or move anything that is heavy enough to require machinery.
