Material
Numerical methods
Material for the interactive session at IFAC TDS 2021, "Bifurcation analysis of delay equations using software for ODEs", containing simplified examples of MatCont continuation.
Some posters from my presentations:
New prospects for the numerical bifurcation analysis of nonlinear delay equations (Evora, 2017)
The pseudospectral method for numerical bifurcation analysis: challenging Daphnia (Helsinki, 2016)
Bifurcation of nonlinear delay models: back to ODEs with some numerical examples (Toronto, 2015)
My Github account contains some m-files that are useful to reproduce the results in my publications via pseudospectral discretization and bifurcation analysis with Matcont. Feel free to contact me if you would like to know more about my implementations.
The software packages I most often use in my research are available online:
MatCont can now perform bifurcation analysis of delay differential and renewal equations thanks to the work of Enrico Santi at CDLab ("Extension of MatCont for delay equations")! A video demo is available here
Epidemiology
A recording of my talk at UMI-MSE on April 8, 2021, "A renewal equation model for disease transmission dynamics with contact tracing".

A poster from my presentations:
A renewal equation model for disease transmission dynamics with contact tracing, with applications to SARS-CoV-2 (Epidemics8, 2021), with video introduction
