Sales Representative [2 spots]

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. You need to be good at making strong and lasting connections with everyone that you meet.

What to prep for:

-Door to door 

-Hanging flyers

-Sign holding 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients

- Negotiate contracts and close deals

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

- Strong organizational and time management skills

-You must make a minimum of 6 sales p/shift (most salespeople made 9-12 p/shift with ease)

Landscaper Laborer [2 spots]

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Landscaper Laborer to conduct general lawn maintenance duties to ensure our customers have a beautiful and healthy outdoor environment. A Landscaper Laborer’s responsibilities include maintaining landscape design integrity by removing weeds or dead plants from the property. Ultimately, you will ensure that the lawns and gardens are properly maintained throughout the year.

What to prep for:

-Extreme heat and cold in June/July & Nov/Dec and whenever elese it occurs

-Intense workouts

-Be able to provide these services--> Leaves  Grass  Bush Trims  Sweeping Weeds Pet Poop Sanitizing Windows Organizing/Cleaning Digging Gravel/Sand/Dirt Leveling Tree Trims Laying Sod Landscape Design Trash Can Cleaning* Full scrubbing, removing trash, organizing, wiping surfaces ie. tables, counters, chairs, couches, mirrors, windows etc.  (Even though you will be trained, you should still be prepared)  

Responsibilities:

-Be able to provide the services that Scapes Plus offers with ease and maximized efficiency

- Know what you're doing and the best way to do it. Many options are good but only one is the best

-Agility, endurance

-Super adaptable!!! 

Requirements:

- Must be able to operate maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers

- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

- Be able to move in various ways

- Be able to work in the sun for hours at a time (you will only work for 3, then given a break and so forth)

- Be able to lift 50lbs in each arm.

Work environment:

Uniform/Dress Code:

-Tucked in white shirt, Scapes Plus shirt above not tucked in and a pair of jeans or cargo pants, long socks and close toed shoes

Pay Information:

Laborer 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

Sales 9am-5pm Thurs-Friday.

Get paid Weekly on Mondays. 

Titles available:

FULL TIME- Genral Laborer $20.32 per/hour

PART TIME- Sales Rep $894.44 (Thursday & Friday)

Salaries posted above are after taxes.

Job Location/Area

You will work in Clark County, NV. You will work in various areas because this is all field work there is no office to report to however, we will meet up in public areas, google meets etc.
