ScanPro does not require users to create an account.

Scanned documents, generated PDFs, QR codes, and app history are primarily stored locally on the user's device.

ScanPro uses the device camera for features such as:

3. Files and Images
The app may allow users to select images or PDF files from their device for features such as:

These files are processed to perform the action requested by the user.
4. Document and QR/Barcode Scanning
ScanPro uses Google ML Kit and Google Play services components to provide document scanning and QR/barcode scanning functionality.

ScanPro uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads) to display advertisements.

ScanPro does not require a ScanPro account and does not operate its own online server for storing users' scanned documents.
Users can delete locally stored documents and history using the available app or device storage options.
9. Sharing Files
ScanPro allows users to share documents or PDFs with other applications.
Files are shared only when the user chooses a sharing action. The handling of a shared file after it leaves ScanPro is subject to the privacy practices of the receiving application or service.
10. Children's Privacy
ScanPro is not specifically designed for children.
The app should be used in accordance with the age and target audience information provided on its Google Play Store listing.
11. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to limit permissions and data access to functionality required by the app.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Data Retention and Deletion
Files and history stored locally by ScanPro remain on the device until they are deleted by the user, removed through device storage management, or removed when applicable app data is cleared.
Information processed by third-party services is subject to the retention and deletion practices of those service providers.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the application, third-party services, advertising practices, or legal requirements.
