Scanner App: Terms of Use

The “Terms” that are mentioned here are effective as of September 10th, 2019 and govern your access and use of the Scanner App application.

By using or accessing the Scanner App Services you: (1) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our privacy policy; (2) represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms (including all of the terms and conditions specified or referenced below, including the Privacy Policy); and (3) agree that you are entering into and agree to adhere to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Terms, or you do not have such authority, or you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you should cease any and all access or use of the Scanner App Services.

Access to the Scanner App Services

Scanner App hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license, without the right to grant or authorize sublicensees, to use the Scanner App Services, provided that you will use the Scanner App Services only as permitted by these Terms.

Basic Rules

You understand and agree that:

1. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your Apple ID or is associated with your account.
2. Use the Scanner App Services only for personal purposes (you may not use them for commercial purposes).

Do not:

1. Use the Scanner App Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Violate our Privacy Policy.
3. Modify or adapt the Scanner App Services, or create or modify another website or mobile application so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Scanner App.
4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Scanner App Services or its systems or networks, or access Scanner App's private API by any means other than in compliance with rules we set on API access.
5. Resell or charge others for use of or access to the Scanner App Services.
6. Duplicate, reproduce, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the Scanner App Services in any medium without Scanner App's prior written authorization.
7. Attempt to reverse compile, reverse engineer, alter, make derivative works of, disassemble, or modify any part of the Scanner App Services.
8. Access any part of the Scanner App Services in order to build a similar or competitive service.
9. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Scanner App Services or data.

We reserve the right, for any reason and without notice at any time, to:

1. Modify or terminate the Scanner App Services.
2. Refuse or deny access to the Scanner App Services to anyone.

SUBJECT TO MANDATORY LEGISLATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT Scanner App IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR PURCHASED CONTENT FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED PURCHASED CONTENT, WHETHER YOUR LOSS OF LICENSE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY.

Service Interruption:

There may be occasions when the Scanner App Services are interrupted for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment. developer encourages you to maintain your own backup of your User Content. In other words Scanner App is not a backup service.
