OCR Text Data: Text extracted from OCR in multiple languages (auto-detected based on content and device settings) is stored locally for search and organization

Folder Names & Organization: Custom folders, tags, and structures you create

Signatures: Digital signatures created for PDF signing are stored locally

App Preferences: Settings such as scan quality, default folders, language preferences, and customization options

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Usage Data: Feature usage, scan frequency, and interactions within the App

Device Information: Device model, operating system version, device language settings, and basic identifiers

Performance Data: Crash logs and error reports used to improve stability and performance

1.3 Camera and Photo Library Access

Camera: Used only when you actively scan documents

Photo Library: Accessed only when you import images or save scans

Permissions are requested only when needed and can be changed anytime in device settings

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Process documents (multi-language OCR, cropping, enhancement, PDF creation)

• Detect device language for app localization and optimal OCR language recognition

• Enable core App functionality (storage, organization, search, sharing)

• Validate premium subscriptions and features

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

All documents and related data are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload or store your documents on our servers unless you explicitly export or back them up using third-party services.

OCR Processing: All OCR text recognition and language detection are performed entirely on your device using Apple Vision Framework. No document content or OCR data is transmitted to our servers or third parties.

3.2 Security Measures

• Uses Apple's built-in iOS device security

• Optional Face ID or Touch ID app lock

• Password protection for exported PDFs

• No cloud upload unless enabled via system-level iCloud backup

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 In-App Purchases (Apple)

• Purchases are processed using Apple StoreKit

• Apple manages all payment and billing information

• We receive only subscription status, not payment details
