Terms & Conditions for ScanKeep

By downloading, installing, or using ScanKeep (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ScanKeep is provided for personal and business expense tracking purposes. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree NOT to:
Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App
Use the App for illegal activities
Attempt to access data not belonging to you
Interfere with the App’s normal operation
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ScanKeep offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires an active subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Account
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play settings
Important: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not directly process refunds.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
All content, branding, design, and functionality of ScanKeep are the exclusive property of the developer.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without written permission.
We aim to keep ScanKeep available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for:
Temporary downtime
Data loss due to device issues
Third-party service failures
ScanKeep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for:
Financial or tax decisions made using the App
Loss of receipts or data
Any indirect or consequential damages
Users are responsible for verifying their own financial and tax records.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
