ScanFlow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ScanFlow (the "App").
To provide the core functionality of the App, we request the following permissions:
Camera: Required to capture images of documents.
Storage (Photos/Media/Files): Required to save scanned documents to your device and to import images from your gallery.
Biometrics (Face ID/Fingerprint): Used locally on your device to lock and secure sensitive documents. We do not collect or store your biometric data on our servers.
We do not require you to create an account to use the basic features of the App.
Synced Data: If you choose to use Cloud Sync features (if available), scanned documents and metadata may be stored securely on cloud servers (Google Firebase) associated with your authenticated account.
Contact Info: If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address to respond to your inquiries.
We use third-party services to collect anonymous usage data to help us improve the App. This includes:
Firebase Analytics: Collects data on app usage patterns, screen views, and user engagement.
Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash reports and logs to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
Device Identifiers: We may collect device-specific information (e.g., model, OS version, advertising ID) for analytics and advertising purposes.
ScanFlow uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt-out of personalized advertising in your device settings.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality (e.g., document scanning, PDF generation).
To analyze usage trends and fix technical issues.
To display advertisements that support the free version of the App.
To communicate with you regarding updates or support.
The App employs third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. The App functions primarily offline, meaning your scanned documents are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to share or backup them.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
7. Data Deletion & Account Removal
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to delete your account:
In-App: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account. This will immediately remove your local data and initiate the deletion of your account from our servers.
Web/Email Request: If you cannot access the app, please email us at innovareappdevelopers@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account". Please include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.
Data Deleted:
Account credentials (email/password).
Cloud-synced documents and metadata.
Profile information.
You can remove all your scanned documents and metadata without deleting your account.
In-App: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Clear All Documents. This will permanently delete all scanned files from your device and cloud storage.
Web/Email Request: Email us at innovareappdevelopers@gmail.com with the subject "Clear My Data".
