When you access the ScanDoc Pro: Scan All Document app, your device automatically sends data for technical reasons. This data is stored separately from any other data you may provide to us, including:

We store support requests for 120 days after completion to ensure proper resolution and assist with any future issues.

Processing is carried out to fulfill your request and ensure proper operation of the app (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For general inquiries, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to emails (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
