35 Marks St has been our home in Australia for 19 years. 

It was a safe haven,  with family and friends, hang out with our beloved neighbours, cherish the nighttime air on the balcony, and soak up the salty smell of the sea whilst drinking morning coffees in the sun.

We don't want to sell, yet life wants otherwise. 

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2023, the progression of the disease greatly impacting my ability, and even our family. Last week I received confirmation that I had suffered a stroke. Because MS affects my left side, it has been hard to discover the stroke, as its similar symptoms were "hidden". I am otherwise an extremely fit and healthy individual, yet these conditions are making things extremely difficult. 

After this forced, yet careful reevaluation, we have chosen to sell.
