1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
ScanAI Pro does not require account creation. All scanned documents are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload your documents to any server.
Camera Access: Used only for scanning documents. Never transmitted.
OCR Text: Extracted text stored locally on your device only.
AI Features: When using AI Summary or Chat, only extracted text (not images) is sent to Groq AI for processing.
2. ADVERTISING
ScanAI Pro uses Google AdMob for ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and app usage data for personalized advertising.
Opt out: Device Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Google AdMob: Advertising
- Google ML Kit: On-device OCR, no data sent to servers
- Groq AI: Text processing for AI features only
4. DATA STORAGE

Delete data anytime: Settings → Apps → ScanAI Pro → Clear Data
5. PERMISSIONS
Camera: Required to scan documents
Storage: Required to save scans locally
Internet: Required for AI features and ads
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
ScanAI Pro is not directed at children under 13.
