Child Safety Standards

At SIA – Scammer Information App, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the sexual exploitation of children. We are committed to protecting children online and complying with all applicable child protection laws.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

• We strictly prohibit the use of our app for any activity related to child sexual abuse or exploitation.

• Any content, communication, or activity that exploits or harms children is immediately removed and reported to the relevant authorities.

• Offenders may be banned and reported to law enforcement.

2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter content or behavior in our app that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation:

• Use the in-app reporting feature to alert our moderation team.

• Or contact us directly at: foringitofficial@gmail.com.

We review all reports urgently and take action according to applicable laws.

3. How We Handle Reports

• We immediately disable access to any reported content pending review.

• Verified CSAM content is reported to the appropriate regional or national authority.

  • For Malaysia: Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) Cyber Crime Investigation Division.

  • For International Cases: The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

• We cooperate fully with law enforcement, including providing necessary information to support investigations.

4. Prevention Measures

To prevent the distribution of CSAM in our app, we:

• Monitor and review user-generated content when flagged.

• Restrict certain features to prevent misuse.

• Educate our moderators on identifying and handling CSAM.

• Maintain secure systems to prevent unauthorized access and sharing of harmful material.

5. Legal Compliance

We comply with all applicable child protection, privacy, and reporting laws in the regions where we operate.
Failure to comply with our policy may lead to account suspension, legal action, and permanent bans.
