Tony Mangubat’s scalp procedures stripped skin from the scalp in U-shaped manner and left a Huge 8 inch long, 1/2 inch Thick Scar on the scalp, see photos below. NOWHERE in their communications with patients did PMG or Mangubat disclose this very negative result of the surgical procedure to patients, because they were just interested in Fully Satisfying their Insatiable Appetite for Greed. PMG charged $4,500+ [in 1990s dollars] for each scalp reduction procedure.
