Angus Schildmeijer - Secretary General
Hello! I am Angus Schildmeijer, this year's ScalaMUN I will be the Secretary General. This will be my second time joining ExComm and my fourth year taking part in ScalaMUN. I am a sixth year bilingual education student. I am thrilled to be able to organise ScalaMUN for you guys. I have joined ScalaMUN three times before as well as joining MUNelly two times and joining COMUN once. Having joined all these conferences I am confident that I will be able to present you all with a great experience during ScalaMUN 2025.
I always love to see both familiar faces and new faces joining us at the conference.

Amal Abukar- Secretary General
Hey, I’m Amal, a sixth year bilingual student, and for ScalaMUN 2025 I was honoured to fulfill the role of Secretary General along with Angus. I have really grown to have a love for MUN over the past three years. By starting off my journey as an admin and then participating in numerous conferences as a delegate, even internationally. And now being part of the Executive Committee is the cherry on top.
I am very excited to hopefully see you all in November!
Abel Janssen - Academic Director
Hi,
I’m Abel Janssen. I am 17 years old. I am in my sixth year of bilingual gymnasium. I will be your Academic director. This means that I create and organize the committees, pick the chairs, and decide the topics. I have 2 years of MUN experience and last year I was one of the Jr. MUN directors. I am looking to making the best ScalaMUN yet.

Quinten de Bruin- Head of Finances & Assistant Academic Director
Well hello there! I am Quinten de Bruin, this year's ScalaMUN's Head of Finances and Assistant Academic Director. I must say, I am thrilled to be a part of this year's ExComm, as I believe we can create one of the best conferences yet. As a sixth-year bilingual student with two proper years of MUN-experience, I'd argue that I should be quite fit for this part of the organisation... I hope ;)... I took part in the last two ScalaMUN conferences, as delegate and as chair, and the last MUNelly conference, which were all great experiences. Just like all of the other members, I am greatly looking forward to seeing you at the ScalaMUN conference in November!
Jade van Leeuwen - Head of Victuals
Hey! I am Jade van Leeuwen, and I will be this year's ScalaMUN's Head of Victuals. I am a sixth year bilingual student and very excited to be organising ScalaMUN 2025 with the rest of the members of ExComm! I started MUN last year as a delegate at ScalaMUN and MUNelly and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to start organising the conference. I hope that we will be able to make this a great conference and have an amazing time together!

Renate Tfanakchi - Head of Admins
Hello! My name is Renate Tfanakchi and this year, I will be your head of admins, together with Harley. I’m a sixth year bilingual student and very excited to host the ScalaMUN conference in 2025! Just last year, I participated as a delegate, and thoroughly enjoyed it, which is why I am especially motivated to make this year's conference the best one yet! I hope we all have a great time together, see you all in November!
Harley Reineke - Head of Admins
Hi! I'm Harley, and for ScalaMUN 2025 I will be Head of Admins together with Renate. I am a sixth year bilingual student and am very excited to organise this year's conference! With three years of ScalaMUN experience; three years ago as an admin, and the last two years as a delegate, as well as two international MUN conferences, I think being in Excomm this year will be the perfect end of this journey. I'm very enthousiastic to start this year's conference! Hope to see you all in November!
