YOU SHALL ALWAYS RESPECT THE SCPM and CANTEEN PERSONNEL!

You are accepted under the condition that you agree to follow the Rules & Regulations and to keep the premises clean!

The criteria to be accepted is first come, first served!

REQUIREMENTS: Valid passport, SIRB for single check-in, plus marriage Certificate for family check-in

OFFICE HOURS:  Mondays to Fridays:           0700H till 2000H - 1 hour lunch break

Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays: 0800H till 2000H - 1 hour lunch break

DONATION: It includes 1 cup of rice for breakfast/lunch/dinner; board, water, TV, electricity, free Wi-Fi connection (0530H to 2230H)

• Single:               Non-A: P 100.00 daily / AC: P 120.00 daily; provide your own linens / beddings & locker padlock

Louvres of the A/C units have been removed because they were broken by the residents

A/C is set at 22 degrees and it runs from 2100H to 0500H   

• Family room:   P 900.00/day  no more than 3 adults + kids

·        Cut-off:             1200H noon daily and payment every Thursday, up to 2000H

• Failure to settle your obligation carries P 100.00 daily donation in addition to the daily contribution

• Reservation: payment starts on the day you reserve

·        Waiting list: only 10 days before arriving

CCTV system:  There are 16 CCTV cameras within SCPM premises and its recording is set 2400Hrs/day

ENTRANCE GATE AND SERVICES:

·        The entrance gate is computerized; gate access automatically starts at 0501H and it shuts off at 2159H daily; it may be extended only if it is work-related and or an emergency

·        Internet/computer use: P 15.00 minimum / P 25.00 per hour                    Scanning/printing: P 5.00 per page

• Photocopy:  Letter size: P 2.00 per copy  /  Legal and A4 size: P 3.00 per copy

• Computer room:            You may use it free of charge (electric fan) for work-related like, online trainings / PDOS, etc…

(Making use of your own gadgets)

• Cellphone load cards available in the office: Smart 100, Smart 300, Globe 100 and Globe 300

BUILDINGS:

·        A - St. Scalabrini:     Ground floor: office, computer room / canteen, 0600H to 2030H daily

                                                  Second floor: chapel, open 24hrs; 1 family room No.7 - all other rooms are reserved

                                                  Third floor: Rooms 9, 10 and 11: male only – 1 family room, No. 8        

·        B - St. Frances Cabrini:  Female only: off limits for male - except for those in family rooms

·        C - St. Lorenzo Ruiz: Male only: off limits for female - except for those using the gym

FRIENDS and VISITORS: They are welcome from 0800H up to 2100H 

·        They are required to sign the logbook in the office and you are responsible for their behavior

·        They are not allowed to enter the rooms but they may stay in the canteen / playing-court area / TV room / bahay-kubo

LUGGAGE (s) / BAG (s) / SACK BAG (S) / BOX (es)… storage and disposal

·        Vacation: We shall store it for a maximum of 1 year (then we dispose); free or charge

·        Deployment: We shall store it for a maximum of 3 years for the landbased and 1 year for the seafarers (then we dispose); Upon returning from deployment, you shall donate P 300.00 for each piece of luggage

·        We will not store / accept any plastic, paper bag and alike luggage (s)

RELIGIOUS SERVICES: During any religious activity, please switch-off the TV and lower your voice when talking (if not attending)

WATER: The deep well water pomp is set at 382 feet and it is located at the back of Building “B”

·        The water station is in the playing area and it is switched on at 0600H and off at 2100H daily

·        The water is tested every 3 months according to the RP National Standards for Drinking Water 2007

BASURA SEGREGATION AND REGULAR CLEANING:

• Segregate the basura / When the “basurero” will not collect it due to lack of segregation, all residents at SCPM at that time will be charged P 100.00 each

• General cleaning: every Saturday for all - clean your assigned area; check the monthly schedule on the stairs-board

a. After the general cleaning you must sign the general cleaning control sheet at the office

b. You may sign it anytime on Saturday or Sunday

c. You must clean and sign, otherwise you will be charged P 50.00; if you sign but do not clean, P 100.00

d. Explanations / excuses… are accepted; please address them to Sister; if she is not around to the staff on duty on Saturday or Sunday

GENERAL RULES / POLICIES

• Respect others by using headphones and lower your voice when talking. Do not use personal speakers.

• If you brake or lose anything belonging to SCPM you shall hold liable for it

• Anything broken during any game, will be paid by those taking part of the game

• Signage: observe and comply with; they are not an opinion

• Proximity key: upon leaving surrender it; if you lose/break it P 300.00 is charged

• Out of Scalabrini for more than 3 days: you must surrender the proximity key and the receipt

• Dressing code: dress properly always; no half–naked persons loitering around; no sando upon entering the office

• Mail: forward to the office; we shall not accept/keep it when you are no longer at SCPM

• Washing, drying and ironing: in the attic area only from 0600H to 2200H only

• Gym, billiard and table tennis hours: from 0800H to 2000H

• Smokers/vapers: you are allowed to smoke/vape in the designated area only / keep the area clean

• Neighbors: respect them at all times; if you are involved in any incident with them you will no longer be welcomed

• Ladies: do not throw sanitary napkins in the bowl – dispose them properly

• Personal belongings: SCPM is not liable for any damage or loss

• Attend meetings and orientations announced by SCPM staff. Your attendance is highly appreciated

• Personal PC: you may make use of it only inside of the building you are assigned to

• We are not allowed to give you a proof of residence

You are not allowed: P500.00 for those who are not following

a.    Eating inside the rooms / buildings / do not spill liquids or food residue on our beds. You will be held responsible for any damage to beds/beddings/linens or the room, including peeing on it.

b.    Cooking/use of electrical appliances such as electric kettle, electric multi cooker, rice cooker, etc. inside the room

c.     Having water delivery; however, you may buy it outside

d.    Allowing anybody to sleep / enter / stay… in your assigned room and or family room

e.    Gluing, sticking, hanging… anything on the walls, furniture, cabinets, doors, locker

f.     Tying ropes on beds on anywhere inside the room or toilet

g.    Putting / hang any clothes or towels in the bed / toilet / room / balcony

h.    Changing bed / locker / building without permission

i.      Blocking the Fire Exit

j.      Drinking alcoholic beverages, returning drunk, gamble, taking / selling drugs…

k.    Bringing-in a “kabit” / “casual boyfriend / girlfriend” / making tattoo

l.      Sitting or standing by the building entrance doors

m.  Misbehaving, creating disturbance, fighting, spitting,

n.    Holding any activity or meeting without permission from the office

o.    Working or searching for a job in the Philippines

Please read it carefully and sign the logbook as sign that you fully understand and agree to abide by these Rules & Regulations!

- I acknowledge receiving a copy of SCPM’s R&R, by the way of affixing my name and signature in the R&R logbook

- I understand and agree that SCPM’s administration has full authority and right to dismiss me anytime

- I also fully understand and agree that should I be not welcome at Scalabrini, I authorize its director to inform my deployment agency, DMW, OWWA and any other person(s) or institution(s) the Director deems necessary
