Outdoor BBQ

Fancy a barbecue? The outdoor fireplace is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with family or friends.

A wood rack is available to help you build the fire and prepare the embers.

Inside the storage compartments on either side of the fireplace, you will find:

• Firewood

• Fire-lighting supplies

• Tools for handling the fire and embers

In the kitchen drawers, you'll also find:

• BBQ tongs

• Heat-resistant gloves

After Cooking

The grill is fitted with a drip tray to collect cooking fat.

Once it has cooled, please pour the collected grease into a plastic bottle or other suitable container before disposing of it. Please do not pour grease down the sink or drains.

To clean the grill, you will find a BBQ cleaner and a wire brush in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
