The winner is typically awarded with a $100-$500 scholarship, depending on the number of entries they receive. The winners will be announced mid-December once the Post winners are sent to the District and State for further competition and judging.

*Applicants must be high school seniors with an anticipated grad date prior to 1 August. Juniors may apply the summer going into their senior year.
*Physical qualification requires a minimum 200 score on the Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test, consisting of pull-ups, a timed plank, and timed three-mile run.
Benefits of Scholarship
$180K covers tuition, books, fees, and uniforms at any college or university with NROTC program.
Students receive a monthly stipend while participating in the NROTC program: Freshman - $250, Sophomore - $300, Junior - $350, and Senior - $400.
Receive valuable leadership and ethics training and earn opportunity to serve as a Marine Corps Officer following completion of college.

31 October 24 – First Board (those not selected will automatically be considered on second board, therefore, it helps to get your application in early!)
31 January 25 – Second Board (final board for the school year)
