Chang, Hsien-Wen (Sean)

Biography

Dr. Hsien-Wen Chang is a Director Engineer of Synergy Design Technology since 2020. He received his BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1999 and 2001, respectively. From 2001 to 2005, he was with the National Space Organization. In 2006, he joined the Information and Communications Research Laboratories (ICL) in ITRI. He received a Ph.D. degree in Communications Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2015. His research interests include wireless digital communications, physical-layer and cross-layer algorithms for 5G New Radio transceiver design, and signal processing for massive-MIMO systems.
