Workshop Procedures & Resources

Prior to the Workshop

Workshop Proposal Form - Please submit this form at least 8 weeks prior to your workshop. All guides are kept at SCDNR's storage facility in West Columbia, SC. Guides are no longer shipped to facilitators. Please coordinate transportation/pick up of activity guides prior to your workshop with the State Coordinator.

During the Workshop

SCDNR Photo Release Form - ***This is only needed if you plan to post pictures publicly and your organization does not have it's own photo release form.

Project WILD PPT Presentation - This is accessible for everyone to edit so that you can add your contact information or anything else you may need. Please download a copy and do not edit the original presentation.

Hunt/Splash Through the Guide - Walk educators through the layout of the activity guide. There is an overview of what to point out in the guides as well as questions for a fun review competition. Please give out prizes for the Q & A portion, if possible.

Website and Online Resources - Outline of resources located online.

Participant Information and Evaluation Online Form - Please have your workshop participants complete this online participant information and evaluation form before leaving the workshop. A QR code is included in the SC Project WILD overview presentation. If needed, participants can complete this paper form.

Educator Certificate - This is a fillable document that can be edited for each workshop. Please make sure to sign each certificate on the facilitator line. 

After the Workshop

Workshop Reporting Form - Facilitators need to submit this form no later than 14 days after the completion of the workshop.
