This Privacy Policy describes how SBTET Syllabus Monitoring (MSCR) (the "App") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect We collect basic user information such as Name and Email Address for the sole purpose of authentication and role-based access (Lecturer, HOD, Principal). This data is collected through Firebase Authentication.

2. How We Use Information The collected data is used only to manage syllabus coverage entries and to provide real-time reports within the SBTET academic framework. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

3. Third-Party Services Our app uses Google Play Services and Firebase (Firestore and Auth). These services may collect information used to identify you in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention User data is stored securely in Firebase and will be retained as long as the academic monitoring system is in use.
