Instrument Project

The Third and Fourth Graders Explore the Symphony!!

You are going to set off on a magical journey where YOU get to fully explore one of the instruments of the orchestra!

1. Open the first Student Directions document and read through these directions. You can always reference the project goals and tasks in your 3/4 Music Google Classroom.

2. Next, please open the link to the Musical Research Instrument Form and MAKE A COPY. Then change the name of the document to reflect YOUR instrument (example: Mrs. Seiders's Trumpet Research Project).

3. Open one of the Google Slide templates (your choice of Staff Template or Instrument Template) and familiarize yourself with the slides. Decide which background template you prefer and MAKE A COPY. Change the name of the Slide project to reflect YOUR instrument (example: Mrs. Seiders's Trumpet Slide Project).

4. Start your research by filling in the Musical Research Instrument Form and Slides, working through the directions on the Student Directions document. Make sure you copy each website you use into your Research Form.
