The Board recognizes some errors in the regulations as written and plans to edit/fix them after the public comment timeframe has concluded. We did not want to delay the release of regulations any longer. 

The regulations have not gone through the AELR process yet and, thus, are not open for public comment.  However, we welcome any questions/comments from the community informally between now and when the regulations get posted for public comment. The link for public comments will be posted once the Maryland Registar Office have received the regulations.
