Welcome

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher in the CASTING team at Inria Lyon, based at the Monod site of ENS Lyon within the UMPA laboratory. My current research focuses on studying the “Site Frequency Spectrum of Rescued Cell Populations”, with Céline Bonnet and Hélène Leman. 

Before that I was a Temporary research and teaching assistant (ATER) at Institut Denis Poisson- Université d'Orléans. I did my PhD at Institut Denis Poisson- Université d'Orléans, under the supervision of Romain Abraham and Pierre Debs. 

I am working on marked Galton-Watson trees, the particularity of these trees is that each node can be marked with a probability depending on its number of children, independently of the other nodes. 

The aim of my thesis is to describe the behavior of these marked Galton-Watson trees, conditioned on the total number of marks, or using a penalization method based on the number of marks up to level n-1.
