My 200 Hour training took place One Point One Yoga Pittsburgh, Pa from the fall 2018 through spring 2019.

Pre Covid I was teaching at the University of Pittsburgh, The Carnegie Library Northside and subbed in a couple studios. Currently I offer individual sessions to pair with massage therapy and hope to return to teaching in 2021.

My experience at The Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy was lengthened due Covid-19 but it did not make the training any less valuable. The program introduces many modalities of massage and its focus on neuromuscular and fascia therapy was very influential on the styles i practice
