Project STEER encompasses the virtues essential to the holistic well-being of the school WE call home – LYFJNNHS. “Steer” in the very essence of the word, means drive, guide or direct which the school is evidently doing since its birth to route the path of all its stakeholders to sustainable development, and substantial and lifelong success. Substantial in materializing scrupulous strategies and processes to ensure best results. Transparent in notifying each stakeholder of all its undertakings and expenditures. Efficient in executing equitable roles and rights of its members, in providing validated financial statements, and in utilizing time and resources – material and human. Engaging in implementing programs or activities that would boost the enthusiasm and talents of each stakeholder. Resource-oriented in securing the best outcomes ahead of the planned in-and-outgoings of the school. Advocating our philosophy “One Team, One Spirit".
