Q1: AUTO RESPONSE MESSAGE NOT SENT?

Verify the smart bike mode is enabled and app is running in background.

Q2: auto response not received to phone caller?

There are a couple things that needs to be verified.

1) Make sure you have enough balance for sending messages

2) If your phone has dual sim's. Change the SMS settings for your sim card from Always ask to a preferred(primary) SIM

Q3: I am GETTING generic failure?

1) Your phone do not have enough account balance in the preferred(Primary) SIM

2) The Network coverage for your preferred(primary) SIM is low

Q4: WHITE-LIST not working?

WhiteList is used to bypass your bike mode for important contacts. When white-list is enabled for a specific contact, ensure phone number with country code is updated

Example: Assuming Caller is from India the contact should be saved as below:

  • +911234567890 (+91 is the country code and 1234567890 would be the phone number)
