You can access your grades in your Canvas courses by selecting "Grades" from the navigation pane on the left in the course as seen in the image to the left.
If you do not see the navigation pane, select the three parallel lines (the "hamburger") at the top of the page next to your course's name as seen in the image below.
In "Grades," you can see all assignments that are published/available. The appearance of these assignments can be organized in chronological order or based on the type of assignment they are listed as in the Canvas course.
If you have not submitted your assignment yet, do NOT access it from"Grades." This area only shows what you have or still need to submit. Instead, go to the assignment itself to access it.
If your instructor has provided you feedback on your assignment, you can see it in "Grades" and under the "Recent Feedback" area of Canvas found on your Canvas Dashboard as well as in the course itself.

As a student, you can view your grades based on What-If scores so that you know how grades will be affected by upcoming or resubmitted assignments. You can test scores for an assignment that already includes a score, or an assignment that has yet to be graded.
Turnitin is a feature in Canvas that instructors can use to review written assignments submitted by students.
When submitting a written assignment in your course, Turnitin may be enabled to review where information has been taken and if any AI program has been utilized.
After submitting the document, students have the ability to see what has been flagged as similar and per the purview of the instructor, have the ability to edit and resubmit the written assignment to fix any issues.
