ADMISSIONS PROCEDURES
Nursery, Kinder to Grade 10, Senior High School (SHS)
1. Accomplish the SBCA Online Registration form for new student and upload (any) student’s current Report Card, Portal Grades with complete name, School ID, Certificate of Enrollment, or Birth Certificate (for Nursery or Kinder applicants).

*An email or an SMS with instructions will be sent by the Admissions Office after the successful registration.
2. Pay the non-refundable confirmation fee of Php 1500 until April 30, 2026, and follow the payment validation instructions.
If paid online, upload the proof of payment (payment success/ successful transaction) to the Finance Division’s Online Payment Form for validation. link: https://tinyurl.com/PAY-valid
If paid onsite, present the Official Receipt (OR) issued by the Cashier to the Admissions Office.
3. Submit the complete requirements to the Registrar’s Office during enrollment.
a. Final Report Card with Learner Reference Number (LRN), Level of Promotion, School Dry Seal, and duly signed by the School Principal or Registrar.
· Nursery & Kinder applicants who has not attended any preparatory school are not required to submit this document. However, a copy of progress report/ grades should be provided if the child had enrolled to any day care/ play school/ learning center.
· Passers of Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) should provide a Certificate of Rating (COR) issued by the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA)
· Completers of Alternative Learning System (ALS) or Non-formal Education Accreditation and Equivalency (NFE A&E) are required to submit the Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Certificate.

It is the responsibility of the student-applicant to ensure that the submitted documents are true and correct.
ESC/PEAC voucher/s should be presented to the Finance Department during enrollment.
ELIGIBILITY of APPLICATION
For Nursery: Children with a minimum age of 4 years old by December 31 of the school year applied for.
For Kinder: Children with a minimum age of 5 years old by December 31 of the school year applied for.
For the succeeding grade levels - Students who are promoted or expected to complete their current level at the end of the academic year are eligible to apply to the next grade level
Freshmen, Transferees and Second-Degree Applicants
1. Accomplish the SBCA Online Registration form for new student and upload (any) student’s current Report Card, Portal Grades with complete name, School ID, Certificate of Enrollment, or Birth Certificate (for Nursery or Kinder applicants).

* Applicants who had successfully registered online will receive an SMS or an EMAIL from the Admissions Office for instructions.

· Copy of the PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants only)

NOTE:
The Admissions and Testing Center reserves the right to decline applications that have not met the criteria set by the Board of Admissions. Incomplete documents will not be endorsed to the Board of Admissions for further evaluation.
The applicant may be required to submit other documents not mentioned above on a case-to-case basis upon evaluation of the admission application. Applicant should have at least 6 months of work experience. All documents submitted shall not be returned and shall become the property of the school.
ONLINE CLASSES
1. Email a Letter of Intent and Extensive Resume to the Office of the Dean of the School of Law. email address: officeofthedeansbca@gmail.com
*The SOL Dean’s Office will email the status within 3 working days.
2. Accomplish the SOL online database form if the request for the pure online class has been granted by the Dean.
*The link will be provided in the email of the Office of the Dean of SBCA.
3. Complete the online application form to secure an application number.

· Certified true copy of Special-Order Number (S.O) from the Registrar of last school attended (Exempted to submit S.O: graduates of state universities and colleges / universities that are included in the roster of private higher education institutions with autonomy or deregulated status).
· In the absence of the above document, an Original Copy of the Official Transcript of Records with Special Order Number and with remarks “For Further Studies” or “Copy valid for San Beda College Alabang School of Law”
· Original Copy of the PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants only)
· Signed “Undertaking not to join any unrecognized organization.”
· If a working student, submit a certificate of employment with indicated working hours.

NOTE: The admission test is waived to the applicants approved for the online class while the medical examination procedure is scheduled during the onsite midterm examination.
4. Follow the Guidelines on Reservation Payment emailed by Dean’s Office to pay for the non-refundable reservation fee of PhP 3000.00.
*The applicants with validated fees will be emailed by the SOL department for the confirmation of reservation.
5. Expect an email from the Admissions Office for the Guidelines on Admissions Fee, the Notice of Admissions Status, and the Pre-enrollment Guidelines.
6. Follow the Enrollment Guidelines provided by the Registrar’s Office.
NOTES
1. The admissions fee and the entrance examination are waived to applicants who graduate from the Benedictine Schools.
2. It is the responsibility of the student applicant to ensure that the submitted documents are true and correct.
3. SBCA reserves the right to decline applicants that have not met the criteria set by the Board of Admissions.
4. Applicant may be required to submit other documents not mentioned above on a case
to-case basis, upon evaluation of admission application.
5. Only the applicant who qualifies with the admission criteria will be endorsed to the clinic for medical examination.

5. A non-refundable one-time foreign non-resident fee of $1,500 is required for all new foreign students upon enrollment by Section 82 of the MORPHE, which states--
“In addition to the conditions for the admission of a foreign student into any degree program provided by law and the policies and rules of the Commission, it must be shown that the foreign student has the means sufficient to support his education or study in the Philippines.”
6. The school shall only accept the annual mode of payment for foreign students.

Documents with an English translation and duly authenticated (“Consularization” or “Red-Ribbon” or “Apostilled”) by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located at the student applicant’s country of origin:
· Certificate of Year level completed from the last school attended (with school’s dry seal) or Certificate of Graduation (Photocopy and Original).
· Transcript of Records (complete education history) with corresponding numerical equivalence or interpretation, and school’s dry seal (Photocopy and Original).
* The TOR and authentication of the report card is not required to the applicants who are previously enrolled in an Elementary and Secondary Philippine Schools or in a Philippine-recognized schools abroad.
