AIR BNB TURNOVER

Standard clean $0.15 per square foot
Deep clean $0.20 per square foot
Add on laundry service is $10 per load
Dishwashing is an additional $10 per occurrence
Additional fees for Appliances and any service not listed in Standard Cleaning Section.
Additional charge of $40 an hour for extensive cleaning (Unit trashed)

1 bed /1 bath Standard Clean Starting at $100. Deep Clean Starting at $200
2 beds /1 bath Standard Clean Starting at $120. Deep Clean Starting at $240
3 beds /1 bath Standard Clean Starting at $140. Deep Clean Starting at $280
4 beds / 1 bath Standard Clean Starting at $160. Deep Clean Starting at $320
1st Bathroom included in price listed above..
Additional bathrooms are $5 each.

There will be a $50 service fee is we arrive to the location and are unable to access the premises.
