This support page covers all apps released under this developer account, including but not limited to:
Identifier apps (for stamps, documents, objects, etc.)
Utility and productivity apps
Tracking, calculator, and reference apps
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store and see this email address in the contact or support section, you are in the right place.
If you experience crashes, slow performance, or something not working as expected, please try the steps below:
Restart the app
Close the app completely and open it again.
Restart your device
Turn your iPhone or iPad off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
Check for app updates
Open App Store → your profile → Updates and install the latest version of the app.
Check for iOS updates
Go to Settings → General → Software Update and make sure your device is reasonably up to date.
Check permissions
Some apps need access to Camera, Photos, Bluetooth, Location, or Network.
Go to Settings → [App Name] and ensure necessary permissions are enabled.
Reinstall the app
Delete the app and install it again from the App Store.
If the app supports restoring purchases, use the “Restore Purchases” option inside the app after reinstalling.

Some of our apps include in-app purchases or subscriptions to unlock extra features.
If you changed devices or reinstalled the app:
Open the app.
Go to the Settings / Premium / Subscription section (wording may differ by app).
Tap “Restore Purchases”.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that you used to make the original purchase.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not directly by us.
To manage or cancel a subscription:
Open Settings on your device.
Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select the app and manage or cancel the subscription as needed.

Our apps are designed to use only the data and permissions needed for their features.
Examples:
Camera access is used only for taking photos or scanning when you choose to do so.
Photos/Media access is used only when you import or save images.
Other permissions (e.g., Bluetooth, Location) are requested only when required by the app’s functionality.
