Infectious Disease Modeling: Mathematical modeling of infectious diseases such as COVID-19, Dengue, Zika, Cholera, Mpox and Chickenpox, focusing on transmission dynamics, intervention strategies, and public health impact.
Behavioral and Social Dynamics: Modeling human behavior, awareness, compliance, and social interactions, including behavioral change and addiction dynamics, and their influence on population health outcomes.
Mathematical Epidemiology: Use of deterministic, stochastic, and fractional-order frameworks to analyze epidemic processes and disease control mechanisms.
Stochastic and Fractional Modeling: Application of stochastic differential equations and fractional calculus to capture uncertainty, memory effects, and non-local dynamics in biological and social systems.
Population and Ecological Dynamics: Analysis of interacting populations and ecological systems using nonlinear dynamical models.
Stability and Bifurcation Analysis: Investigation of equilibrium behavior, stability conditions, and qualitative dynamics of nonlinear mathematical models.
Biostatistics and Data Analysis: Statistical analysis for parameter estimation, model validation, and interpretation of public health and biomedical data.
AI and Machine Learning in Public Health: Application of machine learning and statistical techniques for health risk prediction, clinical outcome analysis, behavioral and performance assessment, and data-driven decision support in public health and biomedical research.
