With a career shaped by curiosity, purpose, and a deep commitment to Human Resource Management, I strive to blend academic rigor with real-world relevance. My journey—from studying Economics to earning a Ph.D. in HRM—has allowed me to explore how people, organizations, and systems evolve together. As an Assistant Professor, I find joy in simplifying complex ideas, nurturing young researchers, and creating learning experiences that are both meaningful and transformative. Whether I am teaching HR Analytics, guiding a Ph.D. scholar, or moderating academic discussions, my goal remains the same: to spark intellectual curiosity and encourage students to think beyond the obvious.
Beyond the classroom, I am driven by a passion for research and thought leadership. With more than eighteen publications in UGC CARE and Scopus-listed journals, and a book on HRM to my credit, I continuously seek new perspectives on talent, sustainability, and the future of work. My professional experiences across industries—from aviation to education—add a practical edge to my academic work. I believe that impactful education is built on continuous learning, empathy, and innovation, and I strive to embody these values in every role I take up.
