Name: Computer-Aided Design of A 10 size wall plug, the mold for it, and Computer-Aided Manufacture of the mold
As per the requirement of CAD/CAM Sessional, we have designed a schematic of 10 size wall plug as well as a mold for the product by which the injection molding process can be performed.
The entire process typically uses reverse engineering techniques.
SolidWorks CAD software is used to design various perspectives and parts.
And after justifying those solid objects, the G-code for the design is prepared using Master CAM.
After G-codes are generated, the simulation study is used for visual inspection of the machining and the final mold. Mild steel is generally used to make the mold for the injection molding process. First, the mild steel is machined in a traditional milling machine, and then it is finished in a three-axis VM2 milling machining center.
After the final machining operation, assembly clamping mold, dimensional inspection, etc. are employed.
20 royal plugs will be made at once.

Name: RAPID MANUFACTURABLE MECHANICAL VENTILATOR FOR RESPIRATORY DISORDER
Mechanical ventilators are used to assist patients who have respiratory disorders and are unable to breathe on their own.
A semi-automatic mechanical ventilator is a type of ventilator that is manually controllable but also has some automated features to help regulate the patient's breathing.
Ease of use: The ventilator should be designed to be easy to use by healthcare professionals with minimal training. It should have intuitive controls and clear instructions.
Low cost: One of the key advantages of a low-cost mechanical ventilator is its affordability. The device is designed using low-cost materials and components and should be easy to manufacture at scale.
Reliability: The ventilator is comparatively reliable and able to operate for extended periods of time without failure. The device should be able to detect and respond to any malfunctions or errors.
Portability: A portable mechanical ventilator can be used in a variety of settings, including in the field, in ambulances, and in low-resource areas. The device should be lightweight and compact, with a long battery life.
Semi-automatic operation: A semi-automatic ventilator can provide a constant volume of air to the patient, with the option to adjust the volume and rate of airflow manually if necessary. The device should have built-in safety features to prevent over-inflation of the lungs.
Compatibility: The ventilator should be compatible with a range of respiratory support devices, including oxygen concentrators, pulse oximeters, and nebulizers.
Regulatory compliance: The ventilator should comply with regulatory requirements in the country or region where it is used, including safety and performance standards.
The ventilator has adjustable parameters, such as respiratory rate, tidal volume, and inspiratory/expiratory ratio, to allow healthcare professionals to customize the device to each patient's needs.

Name : Automatic Railway Gate Control System for Four Lane Highway.
The project aims to provide an automated system for controlling the opening and closing of railway gates at level crossings on four-lane highways.
The system is equipped with sensors that detect the approach of a train and trigger the gate closure to prevent vehicles from crossing the tracks.
The system also includes sensors to detect the presence of vehicles waiting at the crossing, which ensures that the gates remain closed until all vehicles have cleared the crossing.
The project aims to reduce accidents at railway crossings by eliminating human error and providing a reliable and efficient automated system.
The system is designed to be easy to install and operate, making it a cost-effective solution for railway crossing safety.
The project also includes provisions for remote monitoring and control, which allows operators to manage the system from a central location.
The system is designed to be adaptable to different types of railways and highways, making it suitable for deployment in a wide range of locations.
The project also includes measures for regular maintenance and testing to ensure the system's continued performance and reliability.
Overall, the Automatic Railway Gate Control System for Four Lane Highway project is a critical safety measure that has the potential to prevent accidents and save lives by providing a reliable and efficient automated system for controlling railway gates at level crossings. The Automatic Railway Gate Control System for Four Lane Highway project is an important initiative that will improve safety and reduce accidents on highways in Bangladesh. The successful implementation of this project will require collaboration between different stakeholders, including the government, private sector, and civil society organizations.
