I am a Research Scholar in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at National Institute of Technology Rourkela, specializing in Nuclear Astrophysics. My research focuses on the structure, dynamics, and oscillation properties of neutron stars, with particular interest in gravitational waves and modified theories of gravity.

I come from Kharagpur in West Bengal, India, and my journey into astrophysics was started by a curiosity about the Universe and its extremes. Alongside my scientific work, I also write Bengali science fiction, where my fascination with the Universe blends with imaginative storytelling.
