A work on Threshold FHE: We propose a theoretical analysis and a corresponding software prototype of implementation of first practical threshold FHE with polynomial modulus-to-noise ratio. We validate our proposal with an end-to-end use case involving encrypted computations over a real medical database, and distributed decryptions of the computed result on resource-constrained handheld devices.
