1. Purpose and Items of Personal Data Processing

The Developer processes the minimum amount of personal data necessary to provide services. The names of the parties involved in a conflict and the description of the incident entered directly by the user are processed solely for the purpose of Real-time AI Analysis and Judgment Report Generation.

Based on the legal grounds of contract performance (Article 15, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Personal Information Protection Act), the Developer processes the following minimum personal data in real-time without the explicit consent of the information subject:

• Source of Collection: In-app text input fields (entered directly by the user)

• Purpose of Processing: Real-time analysis of conflict factors and AI judgment report generation

• Processed Items: Names (or nicknames) of the parties involved in the conflict, and the description of the incident (text) entered directly by the user

• Retention and Processing Period: Destroyed completely from the volatile memory (RAM) immediately after the AI analysis is completed (Never stored on any server or database)

⚠️ User Notice: Due to the nature of this service, users can type text freely. Please be extremely careful not to enter your own or others' sensitive personal information (such as resident registration numbers, passport numbers, financial information, or passwords) in the text fields.

2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Data

The Developer strictly adheres to the "Zero-Retention Principle."

• The names and incident details entered by the user disappear from the volatile memory (RAM) as soon as the AI analysis result is rendered on the screen. The data is permanently destroyed in a physically unrecoverable state the moment the user taps the 'Start New Verdict' button or closes the app.

• The Developer does not operate any servers or databases (DB) that permanently store any personal data.

3. Procedure and Method of Personal Data Destruction

• Destruction Procedure: Since the Developer does not hold or operate any databases for storing personal data, destruction takes place immediately without any retention period.

• Destruction Method: The data is completely formatted from the device's volatile memory (RAM) by initializing the app's state management provider (Riverpod State). Any temporary buffer data involved in the network transmission process is also mechanically deleted as soon as the real-time API response is processed.

4. Entrustment and Overseas Transfer of Personal Data Processing

In order to provide real-time AI analysis services, the Developer entrusts data processing to a global artificial intelligence technology provider as described below. Personal data is transferred abroad depending on the location of the API server. This transfer is an essential measure for the performance of the service contract.

• Recipient of Entrusted Data (Processor): Google LLC (Gemini API technology provider)

• Details of Entrusted Work: Real-time prompt (names and incident details) analysis and AI judgment text generation

• Destination Country: United States of America (USA)

• Time and Method of Transfer: Transmitted in real-time via HTTPS secure protocol at the moment the user taps the 'Start AI Judging' button

• Retention and Processing Period: Destroyed immediately after the API response is generated (Never stored or used for the processor’s own AI model training)

• Method and Effect of Refusing Overseas Transfer: Users can refuse this overseas transfer. However, if refused, you will not be able to use the AI judging service, which is the core function of this app.

5. Technical and Organizational Measures for Data Security

Although the Developer does not permanently store personal data, the following technical measures are implemented to protect data from potential intercepting risks during communication between the device and the server:

• Encryption of Communication: All data entered by the user is transmitted to the processor's server using the industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption protocol.

• Memory Management: The system is designed so that the analyzed data is completely wiped from the memory area by the mobile operating system's temporary Garbage Collector immediately after the analysis is completed.

6. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automated Personal Data Collection Devices

This app integrates the Google AdMob SDK to analyze the mobile environment and display interstitial advertisements to maintain the free service. In this process, advertising identifiers may be automatically collected.

• Automatically Collected Items: Device advertising identifier (Android ADID, iOS IDFA)

• Purpose of Collection: To display and analyze Google interstitial advertisements (AD) to run the free app service

• Retention and Processing Period: Subject to Google AdMob's service operation policies and library retention cycles

• Method of Refusing Ad Identifier Collection: Users can block personalized ad collection by changing their mobile device settings:

  • Android: Settings -> Security and Privacy -> Privacy -> Other Privacy Settings -> Ads -> Delete Advertising ID

  • iOS: Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Tracking -> Turn off 'Allow Apps to Request to Track' (Refusal of App Tracking Transparency)

7. Rights, Obligations, and Exercise Methods of Information Subjects and Legal Representatives

• Users can delete and control their own data at any time by closing the app or starting a new verdict.

• This app, in principle, does not collect or store the personal data of children under the age of 14. However, if a child's information is processed in real-time through voluntary entry in the text field, the legal representative may exercise their rights by immediately closing the app.

• Note: Any personal data (such as name, contact information, etc.) voluntarily submitted by the user through the Google Form for the purpose of making an inquiry will only be used to identify and resolve the grievance, and will be destroyed immediately upon resolution.
