Southern Appalachian Weather and Climate Workshop Agenda
1) Oral presentation should be no longer than 12 minutes with 3 minutes for questions.
2) Oral presenters need to place a copy of your Google Slide presentation within the following Google drive:

Use the following naming convention: <brief presentation name>_<last name of presenter>
Example: Mountain Wave_Smith
Please upload your presentation by March 15th.
Make certain you bring a copy of your presentation. Just in Case.
3) Review the Program Agenda for the session, date, and time of your presentation. Please sit close to the presenter podium during your session.

1) Posters should be no larger than 36" x 48"
2) Poster presenters will be using a furnished Easel at the Workshop. The Easel can support a standard trifold poster board, which is 36" x 48".
3) Secure your poster on a poster backing, such as cardboard or formboard. IMPORTANT...YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN POSTER BACKING.
4) When you arrive Friday, the Easels will be placed around in the Blue Ridge Room in the Highsmith Student Union Center. Please find one and secure your poster on the easel.
5) Poster Session will be Friday, March 21st between 4:30-6:00 pm.
