Please keep in mind that I work a full time job and do these as a side gig. I do not have the time most other artists have, and I focus on one person at a time unlike most artists who jump from piece to piece in different stages of progress.

The following commission types are available for order:

• Individual Emote: A single digital illustration, typically used for reactions or display on platforms like Discord, Twitch, or YouTube. Priced at $3 per Emote.

• Emote Pack: A collection of multiple Emotes ordered together. Priced at $3 per Emote in the Pack (e.g., a Pack of 5 Emotes costs $15). For every multiple of 5 Emotes in a Pack (e.g., 5, 10, 15 Emotes), the Client receives one additional Individual Emote at no extra cost (Bonus Item).

All prices are subject to additional fees for Merchandise Rights, as outlined in the PAYMENT section.

All emotes come in three sizes, more available upon request. They are 1000x1000*, 500x500, and 256x256.

*Some emotes have a bigger base size, and you will receive this size instead of the 1000x1000 unless you want a 1000x1000 as well.

Won't Do

• Furry with snouts and/or wings

  • I can not do snouts or wings just yet. If your character has these, expect the snout to be flattened to a human-like face, and wings to not be present.

• NSFW

• Non-Humanoid Designs

  • I can give it a try, but if I can't do it or feel I can't do you right I'll refund you if you paid.

• Overly complicated designs

  • I don’t feel comfortable if there is a lot of detail for the small areas the emotes tend to cover. If you are insistent, expect these details and designs to be simplified.

• Mecha

  • I can not do machines at the moment unless it is Human-Like in shape, such as androids for example.

Defined Terms

Listed here are common terms I use in regards to orders with me.

• Artist - When artist is used, it is in reference to me, Conductor Savy, as the creator of the digital work ordered.

• Client - You, or the person/entity requesting and paying for the artwork from the Artist.

• Order - Also referred to as a Commission, the agreement between Client and Artist for the creation of the artwork, in this case individual emotes or packs, based on Client’s provided specifications such as reference images and detail clarification.

• Artwork - The work produced by the Artist as part of the order, in regards to individual emotes or packs.

• Individual Emote - A single digital illustration, typically used for reactions or display on platforms such as Discord, YouTube, or Twitch to name a few.

• Emote Pack - A collection of multiple emotes ordered together in a single order or commission.

• Bonus Item - An additional Individual Emote provided at no cost as part of an Emote Pack.

• Payment - The total compensation provided by the Client for the Artwork, paid in full via PayPal Invoice.

• Refund - A full or partial return of the Payment, subject to conditions outlined in the REFUNDS section.

• Delivery - The act of providing the completed Artwork to the client as a digital file, typically through a Google Drive link or other such file transfer service (eg Email, Media Fire, etc.)

• Personal Use - Use of the Artwork for non-commercial purposes, such as profile pictures, reactions, or displaying on platforms like Discord, Twitter/X, etc.

• Commercial Use - Use of the Artwork on platforms like Discord, Twitch, YouTube, etc. This does not include merchandise.

• Merchandise Rights - Permission to use the Artwork for profit-generating purposes, such as stickers or acrylic stands. Typically physical merchandise.

Payment

• Payment is done via PayPal invoice currently. The PayPal email associated will come from savyexpressarts@gmail.com

• 100% of payment is required for the order to be continued past the sketching phase.

Merchandise Rights Fees

• Merchandise Rights may be purchased at the time of the Order or at a later date for an additional fee.

• The fee for Merchandise Rights is 150% of the base cost of the Order or item, added to the base cost (totaling 250% of the base cost).

• At the Time of Order:

  • For an Individual Emote, the base cost is $3, with a Merchandise Rights fee of $4.50, totaling $7.50.

  • For an Emote Pack, the base cost is $3 per paid Emote in the Pack (e.g., $15 for a 5-Emote Pack). The Merchandise Rights fee is 150% the base cost of the pack, not including bonus items. Any Bonus Item included in the Pack is covered by the Merchandise Rights without increasing the base cost.

• At a Later Date:

  • Merchandise Rights may be purchased per Individual Emote or Bonus Item, with a base cost of $3 per item and a Merchandise Rights fee of $4.50 per item.

  • A Bonus Item, provided at no cost with an Emote Pack, incurs a $4.50 fee for Merchandise Rights if purchased later.

• Examples:

  • An Individual Emote ($3) with Merchandise Rights at purchase costs $7.50 ($3 + $4.50).

  • An Emote Pack of 5 Emotes ($15) with Merchandise Rights at purchase costs $37.50 ($15 + $22.50), and the Bonus Item is included in the Merchandise Rights at no additional base cost.

  • A Bonus Item (free) with Merchandise Rights purchased later costs $4.50.

  • An Individual Emote from a Pack with Merchandise Rights purchased later costs $4.50.

• For Emote Packs, Merchandise Rights may be purchased for the entire Pack (including Bonus Items) at the time of Order or for specific Individual Emotes or Bonus Items later at $4.50 per item.

Refunds

I offer refunds in a tiered system, based on progress of the work and if the work is a lone emote or a pack of emotes.

Refunds are based on a phase system I use in regards to progress. The phases are sketching, lining, coloring, finalized.

• Refunds may be requested in full if order has not been started yet.

• Refunds will not be issued if an order is complete and delivered.

• You will not receive any of the completed works if a refund is requested before the order is finalized.

Lone Emotes

• You may request a full refund for the order as long as the emote hasn't been started yet, or while the emote is still in the sketching phase.

• For orders that reach the lining phase, you will only receive 50% of the order cost.

• For orders that reach the coloring phase, you will only receive 25% of the order cost.

Packs (2 or more emotes)

• You may request a full refund for the order as long as the pack hasn't been started yet, or while the pack is still in the sketching phase.

• For orders that reach the lining phase, you will only receive 50% of the order cost.

• For orders that reach the coloring phase, you will only receive 25% of the order cost.

Delivery

Time frame is 1-2 weeks after order is made to be delivered. If ordering a pack, time frame is extended another 1-2 weeks minimum. If order is delivered late, you will be refunded 50% of the order cost. Item is considered delivered as soon as the file is shared/sent over.

All items are digital, none are delivered physical.

Usage Permissions & Rights

• All works have personal and commercial usage allowed, meaning you can use it for reactions, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, other similar services.

• Merchandise usage requires an upcharge of 150% per item or order, which may be purchased at a later date. More info up in the PAYMENT section.

• All works may not be used for NFT or Cryptocurrency related activities.
