Savoré Pisang Goreng belongs to the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry, specifically under the snack food segment. This industry involves the preparation and sale of ready-to-eat food items for immediate consumption. As a traditional Malaysian snack, pisang goreng falls under street food or quick-service snack categories, catering to customers who seek convenient, tasty and affordable food options.
Savoré operates as a partnership business consisting of eight members. Each member plays an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company. The General Manager oversees the business, supported by the Assistant General Manager. The Finance Manager handles budgeting and financial records, while the Marketing Manager promotes the brand. The Operations Manager ensures the quality of food preparation. In addition, the Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for sourcing and managing raw materials, ensuring ingredients are always fresh and available. The remaining members support production, sales and administration to maintain smooth daily operations. Through teamwork, each partner contributes their strengths to make Savoré a successful and well managed business.
